The Apex 3D Case Simulator is an in-development, walkable 3D clinical case simulator by Apex Academy, planned for desktop first and then Meta Quest 3. The 3D simulator is not released. This service publishes the case catalogue (100 planned cases; tier 1: 58, tier 2: 33, tier 3: 9; 11 internal-medicine systems; USMLE Step 1 / Step 2 CK level) and the written case content behind the simulator: presentation, history, examination, orders and results, interventions without doses, critical and harmful actions, and a mechanism debrief.
