Indus Intellect LLC operates the Apex 3D Case Simulator service. The catalogue and teaser cases need no account and collect no personal data, health data or cookies. The application logs only the request method, path and response status; it does not log IP addresses, query strings or API keys. For rate limiting, a request counter per IP address is held in memory only, for a few minutes, and is never written to disk or logged.
Subscriptions. Payment is handled by Stripe (including Link). Indus Intellect LLC does not receive or store your card details, name, email or address; Stripe processes them under its own privacy policy as the payment processor. This service stores only: a one-way hash of the API key, the Stripe customer id, the Stripe subscription id, the subscription status (for example active or cancelled) and the Stripe time of the last status change (so an old message cannot overwrite a newer one), plus the ids of recent Stripe notifications (so none is applied twice). Your plaintext API key is shown once and never stored. Stripe may hold billing records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting.
